Good Barista Course in Syd?

dear all, I guess this must have been asked many times here. since the latest topic with respect to this question is 2007 one, I thought I should ask for recommendation again....thanks heaps!
I'm selftaught and familiar with basics, had a few experiences on a commercial machine. what kind of course should I take for being a good barista and capable of pull a nice latte art?

Depends on your definition of "being a good barista" but tobeys estate runs a good course (only one I have done) as for latte art learning the basics is pretty easy but getting good is just a matter of practice.

the Danes one [Brookvale] always had a good reputation, especially if it was for baristas wanting commercial training, however it's not cheap. Am pretty sure they would have a course that covers latte art. A

thanks for the reply!! Danes is looking good, and their Central Coast training combo is not so expensive either. Toby could be a bit expensive as they offer separated courses... each cost 150, and I can only do the higher level of latte art and so after complete the others. So, does it mean I should focus my option on these two, and forget about those CDB training providers such as Barista Basics and Coffee school etc?
