Nup, I reckon the S24 goes and there's a new machine coming.... Something that is variable temp and does preinfusion aand post shot pressure run-off to recreate the lever thing but without the fuss or restriction of a spring lever.  It's a Diadema Junior Extra PID!!

An Izzo Alex Leva... What have I missed and why??  The PID Pompeii was already uber-incredible for those that wanted to spend $5k o(not rrp)n a single group lever.  Someone better start a thread... I've got a lot of questions.  Is one of our sponsors importing these??  Come on... Cosmorex, Jet Black, fess up.... Pedro... Jeff??.... NEIL?? ? My opening line in he new thread may be, if I wanted a machine with multiple personality disorder I'd have crossed a Londium with a Thermomix... the truck pulled up on Friday rang the doorbell that we did not hear because we were upstairs. at the same time a friend came by and yelled out,  I went down to the front yard and as we were chatting I noticed the truck had turned around and came back and looked at me and just kept going. Then I found a delivery attempt on my front door, I never thought it could get here so quickly otherwise I would have  stopped the truck. now I  must wait until Monday as they  have gone back to Brisbane with it.

Saw the Alex Lever on Google.  Cool!!  I would love to see a shoot out between Alex, Strega, Londierm and Achilles.  Now that would be a pretty even race but I personally would be drawn to the PID double boiler Alex I reckon.  I do love Galumay's machine best if I was to have a lever.... Come on C-man... What is it???

we have a winner! Lacy wins it and will be  the first to taste it. The big bad HG-one hand grinder...... 83mm TIN Mazzer burrs ordered Monday  and arrived from USA on Friday expensive  postage but fast. I always hated the fact there could be a  better grinder out there. C-
