After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Hi - I'm new to the coffee world and this forum.
I have a 3 year old Sunbeam Espresso machine at home and really want it to run at it's best.
For Latte Art my milk texturing appears to be OK as I can create a heart (badly). I think the Crema is letting the show down. Often the Crema is thin and white!
Can any members in Melbourne recommend a good place in Melbourne to get the best blend? I understand Robusta is great for the Crema mixed with Arabica for taste.
Thank you in advance
Nikki - Melbourne
