After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

On the sweeter side.

edited January 2008 in Have your say
Hi all,

I tend to like beans that have a sweeter side to them with in coffee terms would be noted of caramel, chocolate & so on.
Any way I need to replenish my stash & freequent the following establishments in Sydney:

Tobys: Wooloomooloo
Allpress: Zetland
Campos: Newtown
Mecca: City
& I was also thinking of visiting the guys at single origin which it seems gets a really good wrap (thinking of the Mexico single).

What are the things I should be looking for ie: bean type, roast (lighter/darker), where & how its grown.

Any thoughts ?
