Wouldnt it be great if Gordon Ramsey could do a kitchen nightmare show in Melbourne. Who would like Ramsey to come through their place for some extra dosh.

Would be fucking funny television.  ;D

Myself and another roaster in the area often talk about doing a Ramsey on coffee, but it would be way to easy.

personally i'd like to see a ramsey type dude keeping it real when it comes to coffee ~ how would it be if you're were putting out a coffee & some geezer pops up & says: here... what do you call that? That's bloody rubbish that is!

Doubt the egos would be able to cope in Melbourne without having a hissie fit and running off for a sook... My first target would be cafe owners who let their staff sit outside the front of their cafe having a puff. Lack of f-ing pride.
