Likewise - Pat says: "take a chill pill and give it to cousin Phil" I'm roasting up around 5kg of beans which I'm taking to a festival which me and my mates are putting on for around 100 friends over a ten day period over new years - and I'm taking my beast of a machine, my 'spare' Rancilio S24 Single Group 'pour-over' espresso machine with me to make coffee for the good folks! I hope that everyone has a joyous and merry christmas and a happy, safe and prosperous new year   Just remember to spare a thought, and a prayer (if you're that way inclined) for those that will be away from their families over christmas, especially for those in the defence forces who are off risking their lives in far away lands.
