After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

  • Hey kk I'm guessing that you would need a remineralisation unit with one of these - would that be right ?

  • The need for re-mineraliser cartridges depends on the water going in for a start. I am running bore water going into prefilters and then into a pumped R/O with no post treatment and the Auto fill on the Izzo 3grp works fine. R/O units reduce minerals not eliminate them like a condensate/boiler unit. What it boils down to is water treatment should suit what you start with. Without doing a side by side taste test with both I still doubt it could be picked in espresso (with/without remin), and it is what I use in Syphon or Pourover, never tried a comparison either but it tastes good to me ;)
  • The Filter is now sold by an other method Thank you all for the interest Mods can you please lock the thread KK
