After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

    Looks to have a lot of potential for use as a guide, my feeling is with different roasting methods we get widely differing result, one of the main reasons being thoroughness of agitation and type and location of the temp probe, or whatever is being used. Regardless, the published results would get you well and truly into the ball park.
  • Sounds good could be a bit tricky though as I'm sure there would Bd a lit of variance between the same machines let alone different applications ...
