Went down with a dose of the lurgy Fri last week that absolutely flattened me, still far from over it but improving slowly.
Will ease back into forum activities over the next few days.

German bean sprouts, or maybe Spanish cucumbers ::) Your right it is spreading and I'm helping the process, during my recent trip to NSW I stayed a few nights with a family who were all infected, sure enough a week or so later, home in SA, it's my turn. Doing my best not to pass it on.
