After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Dont underestimate the value of a good Brazil
Having read way too many posts in numerous forums over the years, one thing is for sure and that is many people seem to skip over Brazils as being too "common", low grade or lacking character.
A great Brazil can be the game changer in a blend - the sublime neutral acidity, a wonderful base and foundation that provides "classic" coffee flavor and allowing your feature beans to shine.
Brazils should not be overlooked by home roasters wanting to improve their overall roasting and blending skills.
