After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Coffee C0-Op ?

edited January 1970 in Off-topic
I just thought I would test the waters ?

In many other states there are any number of suppliers in the metro area's.

Brisbane and Country areas seem to do it a little tougher...

I wonder what the interest might be like for a  Co-Op that is focused on Coffee.....

Be it Equipment / Parts / Support ?

  • Absolutely! What do you have in mind???
  • Will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you AM!
  • I would have to say whilst the new equipment and roasting sides of the industry are totally saturated, capital intensive and cut-throat competitive, there is plenty of opportunity for a decent service/support group and would encourage you to think further in that space. Some of the groups we have to deal with in Melbourne and Sydney are really quite bad - there are some good ones like 9Bar, but in general we could could do with more competition in that area to lift their the standards somewhat.
