After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
HI everyone, at my work we have just a brand new coffee machine, its a La San Marco and looks the mutts nuts
I have a querie though, Should I be expecting the coffee coming out of the machine to be as good as the old machine?
All my milky coffees apear to be the same, but the black coffees are not turning out correctly, which leads me to believe that the milky coffees are not turning out correctly either.
The crema does not seem to last anywhere near as long as before, and it does not have a consistant colour or texture.
What I am basically asking is, does this new machine need its groups to have the coffee cooked into them. Does the shiny metal inside of the group have any affect on the quality of the coffee, because the old groups were a bronze colour inside(not due to a lack of cleaning).
Any contributions would be most appreciated.
Regards
Mimmo
