My Bezzera Owners Pack arrived in the mail today. Not entirely unexpected, except that the schwag contained within was actually stuff I was happy to receive and really added a nice touch to the whole experience.

I'm not entirely certain what all of the items are, but a few of them were things that I'd planned to buy.

Bottom Line

Someone gave me a Bezzera to repair. The advice, parts delivery, payment, in fact the whole experience was very very good. Must say it has been one company that has been a delight to deal with.

What was in it?

A Bezzera Cappuccino  mug, a travel thermos-mug, a couple of cleaning cloths (at least I think this is what they are!) and what might be a tamp mat, it looks like a rubber bar-top 'beer mat' with the fuzzy printed upper.
