Suggest some green

Hello everyone.  Me again.

I want to buy some green, can anyone see anything that I should buy from beangreen under $13.00 a kilo?  Are there any beans missing from my stash, ie good blending ones? I'm really enjoying blending at the mo but always seem to be missing a few beans. I just can't remember what the hell then where.

I've tried a few of these blends that where suggested.

Any help would be appricated.  I want to roast up some coffee this year as pressies friends and family.

I have only ordered once batch from beangreen so far and most were over your price point. Whatever else you order grab some of their PNG decaf.  Interesting just to try, cheap as chips, good for blending. Edit:  :doh: :doh: I did indeed mean, robusta. Call it a senior moment.

I think you meant PNG Robusta??  If this is the cas I strongly agree... They are great!  Use the savings to offset a couple of he other beans out of your range like the Java Kalistat.  Otherwise the Costa Ricans are great especially the La Lapas for their price!!!

If you haven't tried it, the Costa Rica Tarrazu is quite nice. And you can't go wrong with Monsoon Malabar

Agree with the Costa Rica Tarrazu, especially the La Minta, The MM isn't for me though unless used in small (read very small) amounts in a blend.
