After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Costa Rica Herbazu Estate
This was a nice looking, largish green. Much more even than the Yirg I roasted earlier in the day.
Following the advice of Muscles, I did a 5 minute warming run at around 75%, then ramped her up to 250. The first signs of FC was reached at around 12 mins. I burped and reduced temp for 5 mins, down to around 180, then ramped back up again. I left it a little long, but R2C was at 21 mins and I pulled the roast then.
Very even roast, lost only 16% of its mass.
