I just switched off the burner on the roaster and waiting for it to cool down before it powers itself off (it's much smarter than me at this time of night).........I hate waiting for it when I'm tired late at night............29 minutes to go........seems like 29hrs

Brett - unfortunately, I rarely leave before midnight (most of the roasting starts about 4pm and runs through to midnight and during the days on weekend). I start when I wake in the morning......which depends on how noisy my neighbors get...... :'(

I've actually been pretty ill, sleeping non stop since Friday night.  Today is the first day I've been up since 8am and that is only because I had to go to the doctors and now I'm at work to do the pays.  Most days I'm lucky to be awake by 2pm. sooooo anyway that's why you'll see me around but not posting, I can't handle the computer for too long (horrible that I have to sit in front of it for so long today and I'm paying for it).

Thanks Brett, KK, I have a whole heap of blood tests to have to try and rule stuff out, at this stage it's just live with it until we find an answer, I had to climb 5 flights of stairs and I thought I was going to faint when I got to the top, sure I'm not fit but thats just stupid. Anyway, thanks
