After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

For Sale: Milk Jug Rinser Used

Hi Everyone,

Up for sale is an Espresso Parts Milk Jug rinser, bought directly from Espresso Parts in the US. The rinser has been lightly used for about 4 months. Overall in good condition and worked last I used it.

Obviously any prospective buyer needs to know that it requires plumbing in, and mains pressure to work, not to mention cutting a hole in your bench.

Asking: $160 Plus Postage.
RRP for these in Australia is $249, but Coffee Parts sells them for $189

You can, as I have done, pull off the water jet from the rinser basin. Drill a hole into your existing sink and put the water jet in. These things are awesome and will fully clean a jug in a second. Good luck with the sale!
  • It might also be worth adding, the proceeds of this sale will be put towards a Pullman Barista Tamper. I'd consider a swap for the right tamper.
  • Mmmm Apart from the fact that I am STILL waiting for my Golden Bean Tamper to arrive 3 months after winning it :head: I would swap you my Acetal Handled Barista for it with a little cash if needed. Not using the machine that needs it presently.

Don't tell me you are also waiting Timbo. My medals are still a no-show after 4 months.
  • Yep on the waiting front. I hadn't pushed to hard as arranging Sydney Cafe Biz is a load for a small crew but that's done so time for a delivery I reckon. For you and I am sure others nearly 5 or 6 months is just WRONG. Back on topic if ACog is happy with my Tamper when I send him a pic then a swap is on the cards.  :)
  • Barista in Acetal offer with a touch of cash. Only posting photos here as I can't pm them (dodgy web developer I reckon)  :) Couldn't find any marks on the handle or base either.
