After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Police investigate Woolworths coffee buyer
Pretty shocking story off news.com.au 's Business site yesterday:
WOOLWORTHS has confirmed it is working closely with police after an executive was arrested for alleged involvement in a secret kickback scheme.
Bill Harvey, the national buyer for coffee, tea and sugar for Woolworths, has been assisting police with their inquiries since Friday.
Mr Harvey, who was based at the company's Bella Vista headquarters, in Sydney's northwest, has since been sacked from Woolworths.
It's alleged wholesalers have been forced to pay a 15 to 20 per cent "promotional surcharge'' to have their products stocked in Woolworths.
Mr Harvey allegedly received a percentage of this money in cash from tea and coffee suppliers.
