Well, I looked but could not find the thread  :pan




Now have about 750g of green beans from this latest crop....


1: Need a pulper.


2: Need a huller as well


Don't care about doing by hand;  a full bucket of cherries by hand, is a full bucket + one too many  :laugh:


And my cheep food processor and plastic blades are stuffed...


Unless I roast and get liquid gold, I may just let them go next year...

I've only got little amounts AM.  ie around 30 beans a year from my little dwarf coffee plant from Bunnings! Have you roasted any up from previous crops?

So far my plant that I got from Lacehim around two months ago has gained not even a single leaf. Just four leaves, same as the day I got it. I think getting cherries off it is a few years away now....so no help for AM sorry.

Hi AM I've have the same problem. I sourced a Hand Pulper from India, but can't justify costs for the amount of beans at the moment. $675 landed in Brisbane. I have considered organising a "Rent out" mechanism to help pay for it. C.A.P.E have a small hand Huller for $275. Need someone that can design and manufacture a dual purpose hand Pulper/Huller, maybe with replacement barrel or something, although guy from CAPE said as one was a wet process and the other dry, it would be difficult. Unfortunately I do not have the skills or means to make something myself. I have seen an old picture somewhere of a hand made pulper using a wooden drum and bent nails. Think it was from Ethiopia or somewhere  The beans I processed turned out a lot better than I expected. Graham
