After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Brazil "Toffee" Cerrado
Picked up a few kilos of this to use in my standard blend as the Sth American base - which it works very well for.
This week I roasted up a batch of it on the KKTO as a SO, and I have had lots of favourable feedback, its a big chocolatey, caramel bomb which stands up nicely as an espresso and holds its own in milk drinks.
I roasted just into 2nd crack.
I picked it up from Ministrygrounds.
