After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

perhaps someone here can enlighton me.

I want to convert to plumb in soon, no rush my ISOMAC millenium.

I have asked a few coffee shops and read a little on the net, but everybody refers to a fitting I need.

What is this magic fitting.
I assume its to take the hose connection direct and bypass the tank, but couldnt i just redirect the hose from the tank to the water supply.  i understand from reading on this forum I need a 350 kpa regulater and filters etc but this magic fitting for the machine eludes me.

It seems to be the fitting required for all machines converting.  Not just millenium, as ECM machines i read need this "fitting also""

what is it and can I order it myself as my machine is over 12 months old so will hopefully do it myself.

cheers Laz

  • Laz Suggest that you contact the dealer you purchased the machine from and ask for the plumb in kit, if available. There may be some differences from machine to machine. Recommend not to direct the hose from the tank to the water supply. You will most probably end up with a flood. Filters are not mandatory, but recommended. On the pressure reducing valve you mentioned 350 Kpa. I suggest that you also consult the dealer or manual as this may vary from machine to machine. JD
