After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Thanks KK How do I adjust the water level?
There is usually 2 probes with wires connected to them on top of the boiler These probes actually slide up or doown although its very tight to keep in the boiler pressure Take a photo and let me see KK

Just timed it: it took me ten seconds to steam 300ml of milk from cold to ready for a latte
I rarely stream milk, but takes me about 7-10 seconds on the azkoyen. I still  have the standard 6 hole tip. Have considered blocking a couple holes to show things down, but then that would kind of defeat the purpose of having a full on commercial machine. Big jugs may be a better solution.

  • Update- After cleaning the steam arm, control valve  and boiler Copper tube (soaked overnight now shiny) and the boiler de scale and flush I am now working with CLEAN STEAM! I even switched back from the 2 hole to the orig. 3 hole and can blast up a frothy pitcher in no time The main improvement is the fact the the milk stays good all the way to the bottom of the cup now, no more going flat or splitting. The Princess is now HAPPY!      YIPEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee oh how I love a happy ending.....
  • RESULT!  Nice one C-Man.
  • I'm not getting God-Froths like you and SS ----YET But instead of getting my coffee handed back 3/4 full looking like flat dishwater I see her now smiling scooping the froth out the bottom of the cup with her sweet little finger..
  • You can adjust the boiler bar pressure from your current 1.1 bar to around 9.5 to 1 Should get you better results - this is the level I had on my BZ40 KK

It reads 1.1 but it does not sit on zero when off, sits a little above so maybe I am lower than I think?
