advice sort before i tip $$ down the drain

Hi all,
first time here and very impressed with site.
i am about to purchase a coffee machine (wega nova single head). i use one every day @ work. Happy with the machine, but we probably need a better grinder. At the price range around $2400, is there another machine of better quality/ value for money?

Hi Tim and welcome   In terms of grinder, check the banner at the top of the page. I can't really comment on the machine you refer to as I haven't used one, but I am sure others on this forum will provide invaluable advice. Cheers Patrick

Hey, I don't know a great deal about machines, but for $2400 you could pretty much get an ECM Giotto which are held in high regard by most people I think. Hopefully someone else who knows more will chip in.

Check out the machines on the equipment page of the link at the bottom of this reply. The ones you should look at start about 4 photos from the top of the page, and go down 4 photos after that. Start @ the Diadema Junior Elettronica. These are all variations on the one internal machine, with four different styles on the outside. If you want to ask questions please contact off line.
