After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Death of an old friend
ANNOUNCEMENT: I have moved and renamed Chrisgane's thread (to Machine's/technical) for two reasons: firstly, that's probably the appropriate place for it, but secondly because I have some sad news:
Many of those in the industry will have known Dom from Sydney-based Coffeeparts.com. Unfortunately, Dom passed away from a heart attack on Wednesday night. As well as being an innovator, Dom was well-respected and a good friend to many in the industry.
It is out of respect to him that we have moved & renamed this post; our thoughts are with his family (wife Celinia and son Pedro).
