After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

pods. wasteful, but good enough for the worlds top restaurants

  • Yes, it's had to fathom that packaging intensive products are growing in popularity.  I've not yet had a decent Nespresso shot and yet these are selling brilliantly despite the reprehensible waste associated with the packaging and manufacture.  All for an inferior tasting product too.
  • Its hard to understand why a top level restaurant & chef would associate themselves with a low quality product like pod coffee, considering how much they promote "quality" wines and expensive mineral waters on their tables. I guess it shows the limits to their understanding of all things consumable ! And it also highlights the flaws in the Michelin ratings system !
