Apparently, pods  are used in over 700 Michelin starred restaurants.

Yes, it's had to fathom that packaging intensive products are growing in popularity.  I've not yet had a decent Nespresso shot and yet these are selling brilliantly despite the reprehensible waste associated with the packaging and manufacture.  All for an inferior tasting product too.

Its hard to understand why a top level restaurant & chef would associate themselves with a low quality product like pod coffee, considering how much they promote "quality" wines and expensive mineral waters on their tables. I guess it shows the limits to their understanding of all things consumable ! And it also highlights the flaws in the Michelin ratings system !
