After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
I don't know the man, only know of him, like most caffeinated people here and in Oz. He's an Aussie success story and like most people (personalities?) succeeding in making something of themselves, sometimes come across as being aggressive, cocky (confident) and at times, controversial. We could probably start a list of Australian business "personalities" and they would all have similar traits. It seems that he is also humble enough to admit his mistakes. Which reminds me of an old saying; "people who don't make mistakes, don't make anything". I also reckon he is showing some good business foresight by in venturing into India and China! IMO, that 50 million will appear very small in several more years. Good luck to him.
Ali Reserve was one of my favourites before I found the joys of roasting. Still not a bad drop, normally have one if we frequent the Di Bella roastery. C.
