After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

    Morning Lacehim, thanks for the good wishes, trust you and your family haven enjoyable Australia Day. We have an American guest in the house, started the day with bacon and eggs and espresso/cappuccino, perfect.

    Yes Happy Aus Day all Simple works for us - snags, bbq'd zucchini (I'm Italian you know) cricket footy and remote controlled gliders (this years new attraction). Every year get together with my brother in law's family and nothing better than seeing the kids muckin around with their cousins. Hopefully this simplicity sticks with the kids and one day they'll do the same with their kids. I also love interacting with other families doing the same thing .....that's what it means to me.

    Happy Australia Day to all of you too.  Family day here in the aircon due to the heat but I managed to convince the kids to have a splash in a blow-up pool.  What's more Aussie than a blow up pool I asks you!

    happy australia day everyone - hope you had a great one! we sent the day at Heron Island in the Yarra, crafting and sculpting with the kids, then went to elwood foreshore for some JJJ top 100 celebrations and a BBQ! ACg
