TRIPLE BASKETS

I have a triple EP baskit and really can't understand why would anyone want anything smaller?

I can dose up for a really full body shot running it to full or stop it short as a Rizz

I can also fine grind and dose so low that the tamper all but disappears!........ and just squeeze the fruit out a fruity bean too

So what's the deal when they call for the correct head space between the top of the puck and the shower screen?  and correct size baskit as per grams rating?

I call bullshit......... seems as long as the puck is not touching the screen it all works well.

I certainly can't dose like that with a VST basket! My shots would be inconsistent!

I find with my HG one hand grinder I can "feel the bean" for hardness and softness and grind and dose to suit, most beans beans have a "sweet spot"  with the grind where they come alive with the best flavor so in that case I need to dose to suit that grind kinda goes against everything we are told.....
