yeah, me too ! As a point of interest DB, would you be kind enough to let us know how they are making the coffee? For example, when we were o/s recently we found there was a traditional brew based around the infusion process.

Morning A, espresso all the way, usually made on single group machines, Expobar, Simonelli etc, otherwise it's instant. Drove back to Chiangmai yesterday, again, very good espresso on the side of the road ^-^ pic taken by our driver. Fish in a river north of Mae Hong Son.

To tell the truth Gary have not given roasting a thought. Motor bikes everywhere, all of them step through so, saw a Triumph Tiger and a Bonneville the other day, other than those two, nothing. One of Heathers pics, yes the lady was quite happy for us to photograph her, we rewarded her for her patience.

Very relaxed GK, bloody hot here today, well over 35 degrees and almost 100% humidity, darned sight better than being cold though. Pic overlooking Mae Hong Son, spectacular country, airport in the background, can be a bit of a thrill landing there, mountainous, short strip and can be very misty. :-| Sorry about the orientation of pics, this this IPad has a mind of its own, I will never complain about Microsoft operating systems again.

I'd take the cold over the heat any day but it makes getting out with a little tacker a bit harder trying to dodge the rain and everything else that goes with it.

...then of course there is dry heat, and humid heat (just like dry cold and humid cold)... You might be one of those people that can happily work in the desert at 45 degrees and zero humidity with no problem, but get bowled over by 35 degrees and 85% humidity  :stir Nice pics DB, bet you've had a great time.

All very true A, I'm one of them who thrives on hot weather, humid or dry, having said that most of my adult life has been spent in the outback of SA, hot and very dry+++

Finally got all of my pics downloaded. This is Heather with our driver Tum (pronounced Tuum) , great guy, loved hand guns, hence the Glock shirt, the day before it was a CZ, Both enjoying a hot foot bath at the overflow of a thermal spring.
