After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Does coffee has a different effect on men than it does on women?

edited January 1970 in Have your say
Hi all

Let's get social here.
Do you think coffee has a different effect on men than it does on women? Or is it all the same for you? After all, we all feel energized and can't escape it at the end

Any thoughts?

  • Hi mate, in short, yes.  Coffee tends to affect men and women differently.  I'll over-generalise for the sake of expedience but: under the influence of caffeine women feel energised and men feel the need to evaluate their equipment and upgrade it.  Are we still talking coffee.... Tell me I'm wrong :)

    GOLD.
  • Nice comment. I think women tend to get a little more sensitive than usual drinking coffee and I have met men who actually do the opposite of upgrading and fixing things - they tend to break stuff when drinking lots of coffee. As for making people smarter, as it says in the article I posted above, I've actually seen people performing better in their IQ tests after participating in coffee drinking experiment.
  • My wife nags more when she's 'stimming' from caffeine whereas my ears go mute after a nice shot. Works out well. [emoji106] In all seriousness. I would have a clue. So I'm keen to hear / read done findings.
