hey errsessogirl the vibiemme is top of the range & cutting edge in terms of specifications but he you're looking in this bracket i would also consider the bezerra domus galatea its a great & stylish machine which competes well in this range with good specs & very competitively priced ~ but then again i'm biased b/c i own one...   Pat

good call that's a 'dual boiler' machine as well with 'heat on demand' for milk production and the expobar minore (also known as the "Brutus II?") is another dual boiler machine with great temperature stability decisions decisions... p
