After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Bloody electricity companies!

Get notification that the power will be out 16:30 to 17:00.
Nothing happens, must be cancelled. Wait till 19:00 and start roasting. Power goes off half way through a roast

A few weeks later there are some wild winds. Power goes out, then back in sort of. Some lights are on, some aren't. One fan is slow, one ok.
Check the plug - N1 170V N2 240V N3 30V.
Check the power outage/brown out website on my phone. My suburb is not listed so I ring the company.
I tell the operator that two of the phases are low.
"Oh yes, your suburb is experiencing power brown outs. Turn everything off to protect devices and turn one light. When light is glowing at full power then it is ok to turn things back on." I tell him that doesn't help if you are on three phase. "Oh... yeah. Sorry you will just have to wait."

In the middle of a roast on Tuesday the power goes out again. No notification but apparently it was a planned one. :head: :head:
