Hi there I am enjoying the posted links.  Some are educational and or just plain interesting. Here's another I stumbled over on Utube.  The presenter is talking at a TED X gathering in Bali.  He talks about the importance of coffee freshness (nothing new).  Then he introduces his own home coffee roaster.  I looked at his roaster and smiled as I am a KKTO convert (thank you CF) and I thought this guy's coffee roaster (invention) looked simply monstrous.  I was reminded of KK's work, simplicity wins! So much joy in that video: - evangelical zeal - dispelling the myths - a pony-tail AND a drum kit (all the ladies in the house go swoon) - and the grand reveal... A BBQ roaster Gold!!! Great find BP.  Entertaining and lots of good info!
