After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

  • Hello chee75 and welcome to the forum. I don't mean to sound rude, but perhaps you could start with some punctuation marks (or at least some capital letters at the start of each sentence) which would make trying to help you a lot easier. If your machine is playing up that much and the warranty is about ot run out, I would be getting it into the service centre ASAP for repairs.  Each time the machine is repaired, there should be some sort of warranty that comes with the repair, and the parts that are used. The other option, if it can't be fixed to your satisfaction, would be to try and get the machine declared as a 'lemon', and get a refund for it. If the item you purchased doesn't correctly perform its function (when used in accordance with the manufacturers specs), and it can't be repaired or rectified, you should be entitled to a refund on it. I don't own one of those machines, and I won't make any comments on it, no doubt someone else will do that. Good luck with it, Steve.
