Breville Conical Burr

Today my dad thought he would treat me a little bit and buy me a new grinder. I've been using a gorgeous hand held manual conical burr which gives the smoothest espresso...salavate lol. But it takes a good ten minutes manually to get the perfect grind, so we were after something a little bit less caveman. Kidding  

As neither of us can afford a real expensive grinder, he bought me the Breville Bar Aroma Conical Burr grinder. I've only used it once as I have only been home half an hour ( ;D), and it seems to work fine.  

Does anyone know if it has an hidden glitches, or if any of you own one, how long have you had it for and will it serve me well?

I too, have one of these, and paired with a Sunbeam Cafe Crema, and with the Breville Bar Italia non-pressurised basket I am getting quite good espresso. I've only had it for a month or so, but haven't had any problems so far. I do like how easy it is to adjust the grind for plunger and back to espresso, and how nice and compact it is (I have to put it away in the cupboard when not using it). There is a guide available on the net for modifying it to grind finer, but I am getting ok results as is.

Well, it's been almost two weeks now since I started this ever booming thread.  ;D And I have to say that I like the grinder. It's compact, quiet-ish and does the job quite nicely. I'm a happy chappy. :D
