After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Sunbeam 0480 grinder
Hi everyone,
First time post but I hope to come here often to learn about the wonderful world of coffee.
I have purchased a Sunbeam 0480 conical burr grinder which I'm having a few problems with.
The grind adjustment does not alter the grind at all. It stays very coarse. I've read (and re-read) the manual but I think I must be missing something.
Anyone else have this problem?
I'm thinking I may have got a dud so if it's not something simple I'll take it back to the store.
