Well last week i was at bondi and whent to one of the local brew shops to try.... well the point is i could not help my self and had to have a look at the way the coffee was being treated,and i pulled short of telling the bloke at the machine to adjust his grind before he made my espresso,does any one out there get this urge,to me its so frustrating when i see good quality coffee being treated like .... see ya OE  ::)

drink tea instead.... but tell them NOT to make it with boiler water from the espresso machine, that you are prepared to wait for them to boil a jug. No jug, no tea. No coffee either...must be beer time. Fresh Coffee.

Couldn't stop myself posting this - someone gave me a pack of the new Neil Perry 'Rockpool' coffee beans roasted by Vittoria ; they were in a vacuum pack but I couldn't help but notice the use-by date was May 2004. Now that's making a freshness statement! -L
