After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Fantastic new E61 machine from Fresh Coffee [Attilio from Cosmorex] for forum members only.
Featuring high grade mirror finish stainless steel (Note: some others use lower grade stainless steel that actually does mark and is therefore NOT really "stainless") -- 2 litre boiler; brew pressure bypass at between 8 and 10 bars (many others bleed off at 12 bars which is outside esp spec) -- thermosyphoned E61 group; full commercial quick release steam and hot water valves -- 2 x ergonomic (angled) group handles (most others use non ergo straight type) -- full commercial deep coffee filters; (some others still supply the smaller italian market filters) -- ball jointed swivel action steam and hot water pipes -- "cool touch" steam and hot water pipes (many others still do not supply "cool touch"), anodised corrosion proofed solid steel chassis (many others are not corrosion proofed, & our chassis does not flex like some others) -- deep, solid drip tray (far less likely to overflow quickly like some others that only have small shallow tray).
