Hey Everyone, Im new on the block! ;D I watched Living Coffee last weekend, Very interesting. Paul interviews baristas from different cafes around Australia and tries to find the perfect blend of coffee by mixing many various beans. Throughout the show, h also gives hints and advice on texturing milk and pouring coffee's correctly. ;D Nic

If I had foxtel I would be watching, but I dont and I am not! I am interested in the comment you have made regarding finding the "perfect blend of coffee". Paul is a lovely man and I'm sure this is great TV and that I would even enjoy sitting down with my chardonnay for an hour or so in front of this show to relax and see what the market-eers are coming up with next, but it is entirely irrelevant trying to find the perfect blend of coffee to use when 99% of people working behind espresso machines dunno what they're doing. The scapegoat is always the humble coffee blend. Brew a good blend badly, tastes bad, blame the blend. Brew a lo-qual blend well, tastes reasonable particularly when you load it with sugar, exalt the blend. Keeping this kind of nonsence alive, great TV & entertainment! G. Always choking.
