training in Perth

Hey there.  I'm new.  have been making coffee for a little while now, and am looking to do some "proper" training.  i live in Perth WA.  any suggestions?

aah, i must confess.  i don't drink coffee... although i have been known to eat chocolate coated coffee beans LOL   i was thinking today that maybe i should try and convert myself, but i am not confident enough in my own skills ;D however, i love making coffee.  the smell of freshly ground beand is absolutely DELICIOUS, and i have yet to find a job that is as satisfying - the look on a persons face when you;ve made a good one.  WOW to say the least. anyways, will do as suggested above. cheers

Certainly a visit to Epic in west Perth is a great experience - the guys there are fanatics about all the minutae of espresso preparation and their ristrettos are some of the best in the country. Also, check out the new cafe in the CBD: Velvet Espresso on King Street - they're doing a great job as well.
