After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Hi guys - welcome to the new, improved format of your forum, which i & countless others have been beavering away at for months...
You may ask why the need for a new format - well one of them is to improve security (against hackers, etc) but especially because there were a lot of 'bots' searching the site and registering as users... which i'm told is not a good thing.
Anyway, like any new thing, this new format will take a bit of getting used to, but please perservere, as i'm sure you'll soon find you're just as comfortable with the new format as the old, and of course the content hasn't changed!
