Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Hi guys - we're catching up with Gwilymn Davies tomorrow [WBC champ 2009] - any questions you'd like us to ask about the state of world espresso coffee, please let us know [ie post below] asap...

    Milk choice is a very important part of the coffee equation but it is very seldom examined in the same light as coffee - does gwilym have any milk preferences and if so why? Also what was it like growing up with so many consonants in your name?

A: He thinks the WBC is important for bringing baristas together to learn from eachother and share ideas. He feels being at WBC events has had a big impact on his coffee education. Highlight of being WBC winner has been meeting with other coffee professionals from all over the world. Question: Milk choice is a very important part of the coffee equation but it is very seldom examined in the same light as coffee - does gwilym have any milk preferences and if so why? A: He prefers organic [& unhomogonised] milk Question: Whats his personal favourite coffee producing continent? A: It depends. Coffee being a natural product, it is affected by weather, seasons etc and so different regions will have different qualities at different times
