After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
COFFEE COMPANIES - DO THEY ADD VALUE?
As a cafe owner and barista I am always surprised at how little attetnion many coffee companies pay to the quality of their product after it leaves their roasters. They have advanced packaging methods, scientific methods of quality control, controlled environments etc etc yet when it arrives at a cafe the care factor decreases.
If I were a roaster I would work hand in glove with my account holders to improve the skills and passion of those producing the end product for the ultimate customer. Do coffee companies want increased demand for their product or are they happy with the swill that their well roasted blends become?
