  Love the old pot roaster. Interesting how donations often come with conditions. I'd love to see the operating system inside the pulper. As some of us from CS were doing backyard processing from tree to cup, we discussed putting together a backyard pulper which was going to be less time and labour intensive than our bucket and piece of wood.

  Hard design to make a micro pulper as it needs to be large enough to do the job but a lot less than several 100's of kg/hr in flow Maybe some ex winery gear might be worth a look?

  I'd love to see the mechanics of such bits of gear, as to whether and how internal separation happens. For home use, I'd be looking to contain water usage as much as possible, then flush through the separated beans later.

  I think that something like a washing machine fitted with a few high pressure water jets will do a great job of de-husking may even reduce the need of fermenting ? KK
