After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Airspresso

Who, what, when, how?

How exactly does this work?

  • Drag out the bike pump for pressure :) A bit tempted to try one as I use a CO2 pump which would make it a mypressi of sorts I guess.
  • So this Concept is designed in Melbourne and the Airspresso is made in NSW And primarily pitched for cyclists mycuppa stock them Manual_at_ease_side.jpg _mg_0499.jpg KK
  • Designed by my very good friend Steve Bolto. Tested in the mycuppa makeshift labs. Refined via thousands of tests !
  • What sort of shot does it give Jeff? Lungo/Stovetop or can you grind a bit finer to get a more true Espresso short shot out of it?
  • The design of the filter basket has taken more than 12 month and heaps of prototypes to perfect. Size, number and placement of the holes is very critical. We have found that stovetop grind works best and the shot can get quite close to espresso. Makes a very decent cup. Also ideal for campers/hikers due to the lightweight and small construction.
