After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Hi Guys - there was a piece in the Herald last weekend commenting about the effect of seasonality on milk texturing.
It seemed like the jury was out on whether seasonality made a difference - one person interviewed said it could make a huge difference, while another well-known barista said: 'a quality coffee maker can always coax a frothy top from their milk'
Does anyone know the scientific background to the milk seasonality question?
