I have recently taken delivery of a LIDO 2 the new grinder from Orphan Espresso in the US. I already have a Pharos and the LIDO 1 as well as an HG-One and a K10 so plenty to compare it to!
Its certainly very well built, quite a bit heavier than the LIDO 1, it also has a much improved adjustment system and a better funnel for feeding the beans in.
First impressions are that it is as good as the LIDO 1 in terms of grind quality (as expected), not quite up to the Pharos or HG-One territory.
Only minor quibbles are a stiff knob (!!), a little silicon spray helped that, and a 'space' between the top of the catch jar and the end of the thread for the jar which catches grinds and retains them, easily fixed by cutting a suitable sized O ring to fit.
As usual the OE packaging is great, and the build quality high. There is plenty of discussion over at Home Barista for those who want more detailed discussion.
From memory it was just over $200 landed in Oz.
Pinched the pic from Eugenm over at HB, I am sure he wont mind, here is the link to his photos post if you wish to see more.

I am using it for the Caravel at the moment and it has no problem grinding fine enough and with good consistency for the little lever.
