After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Take a look at this link:

Have to say I'm not really sure about this one; we may still have a high incidence of instant, but to be honest I'm pretty sure our espresso scene's pretty advanced on a world scale… they talk about quantity but to my mind quality's a more important indicator of the state of the coffee market in a country.
I may not have travelled as much as the Lavazza family in Europe, but I spent a lot of time in France before starting Crema and have managed to get to Paris occasionally since, and if they're using France as an example of a great [advanced] coffee culture, they're sadly mistaken. The quality of espresso coffee in Paris is generally appalling and as recently as two years ago, it was only just starting to improve and even then, only in isolated pockets. So to imply we're not as advanced as France in coffee, to me is complete rubbish.

because it is currently being outplayed by a considerable margin by Nespresso's commercial offer......so again, there is stiff competition and a tougher run for this brand in that segment - which maybe answers the question of "why the interest in instant" ?. Our domestic market is complex mix of mature, tight and fragmented...........all at the some time. Not easy at all.
