After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

im looking at starting a coffee cart business. any ideas on best locations. ive been told under large commercial buildings,universities or train stations.

How would i find out who owns the building?

    G'day dragon... Yeah as Pat indicated, I'm happy to share my thoughts & help out. Though I'm actually located in Brisbane, & my operation is a bit different to a coffee cart (have a look at my website, & you'll get the picture). ;)   However my operation is very similar in a lot of respects to a coffee cart, so I should be able to offer some relevant tips.     opps that's right - mobile cafe onm wheels is probably a better description for what Tony does! but both aspects have many things in common. for the record i run a coffee kiosk, here in Melbourne, which is a fixed but temporary structure.  feel free to contact me if I can be of any help pat

    Where do i find out which spaces are available in larger office buildings. Is a real estate agent the way to go. Does anyone know of any in sydney

    I'd say a lot of leg work to find a vacant suitable location and a design/ideas board to immediately impress the managing agent at the initial enquiry. What type of cart operating are you looking at setting up with? I've found the price for the cart setup itself can vary from 5-35k before you even start getting the equipment. A lot of quality cart builders out there with all the bells and whistles but also a lot of second hand carts with little use coming onto the market on tradingpost and the likes. Let us know how your progress and hopeful success comes along.
