Chocolate sprinkle

I realise this coffee thing has got a grip on me when I find myself interested (almost compelled) to know what chocolate sprinkle other people are using in their cappas....for the record I'm currently using Genovese's and it's alright, but looking for something a bit bolder. I'm always chopping and changing because I just can't seem to find the right chocolate sprinkle for me.....
Thoughts ?

I use Cocoas, depending on the coffee depends on what I use, I have the Double Dutch and Red African from CS, I also do use the Chocolini and Arkadia ones from mycuppa as well.  As I said it all depends on the bean and what matches it.

I use unsweetened African red Its bitter but pleasant Also nice and available at supermarkets is Vittoria KK

I'm the same as RM,  but I use caster suger.  works for me, and I dust the occasional cap for friends that visit.  Excellent in hot chocky too, but the Mrs doesn't like it and prefers boring old lindt milk choc  ::)

try the chocolate sprinkle with a shot of vanilla syrup and cinnamon powder :D It sounds like a coffee cocktail, because it is Pick your own coffee beans to mix, all of them taste interesting with the combination.

Dry_bean.

I vacillate between Vittoria and Double Dutch, SWMBO enjoys either sprinkled over the top.

Chocky sprinkles not my art but Vittoria works well for me on Caps for the shop.
